Baby Gear East Coast Rentals began in 2011 in South Carolina. Since that first day in business, our families have been bringing the best selection of rental products and merchandise to families all over South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Baby Gear Smoky Mountains opened full time in August 2019. We are family-owned and operated so you are not bounced around from person to person. We strive to make your vacation less stressful and full of wonderful memories. We do our best to ensure a variety of great rental items that fit every budget.
